Feeling Stuck? Overwhelmed?

You’re Not Alone.
And you don’t have to keep carrying this weight alone.

If you've ever felt like:

  • You’re wired differently, constantly comparing yourself to others, wondering, Why is this so hard for me?

  • Your mind is full of shouldsI should do this. My partner should be doing that.

  • The pressure is so heavy, it feels like you can’t even breathe fully...

👉 Take a deep breath. You don’t have to figure this out alone.

I help adults and families untangle the complexities of their minds, emotions, and relationships.

My approach is deeply compassionate and thoughtful, focused on making sense of your struggles so you can create meaningful change. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, parenting challenges, neurodivergence (including autism spectrum differences), or the intersection of spirituality and identity, I provide a space where you can explore your story without judgment.

I work with:
Individuals—deep thinkers, feelers, and those who want to understand themselves (not just "fix" their problems).
Couples & Families—navigating relationships, parenting, or complex family dynamics.
Those questioning their identity—sexual, gender, religious, spiritual, or existential (What does this all mean? What's the purpose of my life?)

Many of my clients are women in their 30s and 40s who have spent years feeling like they don’t quite fit into the expectations placed on them. Some are wondering if they might be neurodivergent (ADHD, autism, or something else) but don’t know where to start. Others feel trapped in cycles of comparison, perfectionism, or self-doubt—torn between showing up for everyone else and needing space to figure themselves out.

Who I Am

I took an unconventional path to therapy. My first love? Patterns. I studied Applied Mathematical Science (yes, math!)—but my real passion has always been people.

That’s what led me to earn a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Depth Psychotherapy. My approach isn’t about just treating symptoms—it’s about getting to the root of your struggles so you can create real, lasting change.

Over the years, I’ve worked in neuropsychology, autism support, disability services, and depth-oriented therapy, helping individuals and families navigate complex emotional landscapes. My experience allows me to blend practical strategies with deep, meaningful insight—so you can not only function better but also feel better.

Outside of therapy, I’m a nerd at heart. I love reading, anime, video games, Dungeons & Dragons, building (& breaking & rebuilding) things, and soaking in quiet moments in nature. I believe healing doesn’t always happen in a therapy room—it happens in the spaces where we feel most ourselves.

Roots & Wings: My Integrative Method for Deep Healing

My approach weaves together the wisdom of depth psychology, Jungian concepts, and evidence-based behavioral techniques to create a path uniquely suited to your healing journey. We'll explore both the unconscious patterns that shape your experience and the practical behaviors that can transform your daily life. This integration of the symbolic and the practical allows us to address both the root causes of suffering and create tangible changes that you can feel.

Step 1: Finding Solid Ground

Goal: Create a safe space where healing begins.

Before we dig into the deeper work, we start by creating something essential: safety. Not just physical safety, but emotional safety—the kind where you can finally exhale.

This is where you'll feel seen without judgment. No masks, no expectations—just real conversations.

We'll explore what brought you here and what you truly want from this journey.

You'll start noticing patterns in your emotions and behaviors—not to judge them, but to understand them.

Together, we'll lay a foundation of trust so you feel secure sharing even the things you've kept buried for years.

If therapy has ever felt intimidating or clinical in the past, know this: this is a space where you get to be human—messy, complex, and real.

Step 2: Unraveling the Patterns

Goal: Understanding why you feel stuck (and how to change it)

Ever feel like you're repeating the same cycles—emotionally, mentally, or in relationships—without knowing why? That's because our brains run on patterns, and some of them were wired long before we even realized it.

We'll gently uncover the "hidden scripts" running in the background of your thoughts and behaviors.

You'll start recognizing the triggers and unconscious beliefs shaping your daily life.

We'll explore your past—not to stay stuck in it, but to understand how it shaped the way you see yourself today.

Most importantly, you'll begin shifting the way you relate to yourself—with more compassion and less self-blame.

This is where self-awareness turns into self-understanding—where your experiences start making sense.

Step 3: Rewriting the Story

Goal: Choosing a different way forward.

Once you see the patterns clearly, something powerful happens—you gain the ability to change them. This is where you begin rewriting your story in a way that feels true to who you really are, not who you've been conditioned to be.

We'll explore practical, real-world ways to shift the habits and thought patterns that aren't serving you.

You'll learn skills to set boundaries, express yourself, and handle emotions in a way that feels authentic.

Instead of "fixing" yourself, we'll focus on integrating all parts of you—the strong, the scared, the messy, the wise.

You'll begin experimenting with small but meaningful shifts in your daily life, gaining confidence with each step.

Healing isn't just about talking—it's about living differently, and this is where the real transformation begins.

Step 5: Walking into the Future

Goal: Thriving beyond Therapy

Therapy isn't meant to last forever—it's meant to empower you to trust yourself, long after our sessions end. This final phase is about solidifying your growth and stepping fully into the life you've been working toward.

We'll create a plan for maintaining your progress in ways that feel natural and sustainable.

You'll identify the habits, relationships, and practices that truly support your well-being.

Instead of fearing setbacks, you'll have a roadmap for navigating them with self-trust.

We'll honor the transformation you've made—not just what's changed on the outside, but how you feel inside.

This isn't the end of the journey—it's the beginning of a new way of being. And you'll walk away knowing, without a doubt, that you are capable of moving through life with more ease, clarity, and self-acceptance than ever before.

“Overall this journey has completely shifted who I am, and yes I will have growth but I am so proud of the growth we have done together! It’s not about the rupture it is about the repair!" -A. C.

Step 4: Strengthening Your Foundation

Goal: Deepening growth, building resilience.

Growth isn't always linear, and that's okay (yes, I used a math term 😊). This phase is about reinforcing your progress and learning how to navigate setbacks without getting discouraged.

We'll reflect on how far you've come and make adjustments to keep things working for you.

You'll build resilience—not by avoiding hard moments, but by knowing you have the tools to handle them.

If old patterns try to creep back in, we'll meet them with curiosity, not self-judgment.

You'll start feeling a sense of ownership over your healing—realizing that this journey is yours to shape.

The goal here isn't perfection—it's confidence in your ability to keep moving forward, even when life gets unpredictable.

“I live my life in growing orbits which move across the world. Perhaps I can never achieve the last, but that will be my attempt. I circle around God, around the primordial tower. I’ve been circling for thousands of years and I still don’t know: am I a falcon, a storm, or a great song?”
