Feeling Stuck? Overwhelmed?

You’re Not Alone.
And you don’t have to keep carrying this weight alone.

If you've ever felt like:

  • You’re wired differently, constantly comparing yourself to others, wondering, Why is this so hard for me?

  • Your mind is full of shouldsI should do this. My partner should be doing that.

  • The pressure is so heavy, it feels like you can’t even breathe fully...

👉 Take a deep breath. You don’t have to figure this out alone.

I help adults and families untangle the complexities of their minds, emotions, and relationships.

My approach is deeply compassionate and thoughtful, focused on making sense of your struggles so you can create meaningful change. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, parenting challenges, neurodivergence (including autism spectrum differences), or the intersection of spirituality and identity, I provide a space where you can explore your story without judgment.

I work with:
Individuals—deep thinkers, feelers, and those who want to understand themselves (not just "fix" their problems).
Couples & Families—navigating relationships, parenting, or complex family dynamics.
Those questioning their identity—sexual, gender, religious, spiritual, or existential (What does this all mean? What's the purpose of my life?)

Many of my clients are women in their 30s and 40s who have spent years feeling like they don’t quite fit into the expectations placed on them. Some are wondering if they might be neurodivergent (ADHD, autism, or something else) but don’t know where to start. Others feel trapped in cycles of comparison, perfectionism, or self-doubt—torn between showing up for everyone else and needing space to figure themselves out.

Who I Am

I took an unconventional path to therapy. My first love? Patterns. I studied Applied Mathematical Science (yes, math!)—but my real passion has always been people.

That’s what led me to earn a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Depth Psychotherapy. My approach isn’t about just treating symptoms—it’s about getting to the root of your struggles so you can create real, lasting change.

Over the years, I’ve worked in neuropsychology, autism support, disability services, and depth-oriented therapy, helping individuals and families navigate complex emotional landscapes. My experience allows me to blend practical strategies with deep, meaningful insight—so you can not only function better but also feel better.

Outside of therapy, I’m a nerd at heart. I love reading, anime, video games, Dungeons & Dragons, building (& breaking & rebuilding) things, and soaking in quiet moments in nature. I believe healing doesn’t always happen in a therapy room—it happens in the spaces where we feel most ourselves.

“I live my life in growing orbits which move across the world. Perhaps I can never achieve the last, but that will be my attempt. I circle around God, around the primordial tower. I’ve been circling for thousands of years and I still don’t know: am I a falcon, a storm, or a great song?”
